The wind tunnel is louder than most people expect — a constant roar that makes verbal communication impossible, which is why instructors use hand signals throughout. That sensory detail — the noise, the air pressure on your face, the vibration through your whole body is what makes it feel genuinely different from any other indoor activity in the city.
