Difficulty of Trek

Food: Locally grown and organic foods

Since the route to pike peak goes through remote areas, packed foods are very few here. Food during the trek is their local production. You might not find variety in meals as most hotels and homestays serve typical Nepali food like Dal, Bhat, Tarkari, and Dido.

This food will make you healthy and provide enough energy for trekking. Most people in the Everest region are involved in agriculture for a living and do not use any kind of chemical in their production. Thus, they are very organic and keep you fit for trekking
